Summary
The Sanctuary Dungeon is a "protected" dungeon where players cannot commit Criminal Actions against other players
* During Friday Night Reset each week, one of the core dungeons will be randomly selected as the Sanctuary Dungeon for the duration of the next week
* As a trade off, Loot Drops and Experience earned in the Sanctuary Dungeon will be reduced to 66% of normal
* Any griefing actions inside the Sanctuary Dungeon are against the rules, and should be reported to staff using the in-game ticket system.
* Urukton Bluffs, Ratman Hovel, and Prevalia Sewers are permanently sanctuary dungeons.
Sanctuary Dungeon Mechanics
- Players cannot commit Criminal Actions inside of Sanctuary Dungeons against other players
- Murderers cannot enter Sanctuary Dungeons
- Any Murderers already inside of a dungeon that becomes a Sanctuary Dungeon (on Friday night) will be ejected to Corpse Creek
- The Gold Value (which determines Loot and Experience) of creatures inside of Sanctuary Dungeons are reduced to 50% of normal
- Players cannot Mine inside of Sanctuary Dungeons and Skinning yields are reduced by 50% of normal
- Players cannot Reveal other players inside of Sanctuary Dungeons
- As with all areas, AFK farming is not allowed
Viewing the Sanctuary Dungeon
- The current Sanctuary Dungeon will always be listed at the top of the Region Bonuses menu that players can access by double-clicking any "Region Bonus Board" near each Bank in town
- Players can also view the current Sanctuary Dungeon from any Donation Map in a house (purchasable in the Prevalia Market)
Guild Favors
- Guilds will not be able to activate Guild Favors for a Sanctuary Dungeon
- If a guild already has a Guild Favor activated for a dungeon that becomes the Sanctuary Dungeon, and the Guild Favor has 50% or more of its duration remaining, it will be refunded to the Guild
Bosses/Mini-Bosses and Contested Spawns
- When a Contested Boss spawns in Sanctuary, players will be Orange to each as normally would happen at any other Contested Boss Spawn
- When a Guild summons a Boss, all players will be Orange to each other in the room as normally would happen at any other Summoned Boss
- Boss Loot is halved, just like all other monster loot in the Sanctuary Dungeon
