Time Dungeon Relics

Summary

Players will encounter Time Relics as Loot inside of Time Dungeon
Time Relics will quickly decay if ever removed from Time Dungeon
Players can shift-click a Time Relic and click the "Description" entry to see details of what the relic will do when activated
Players can craft a Time Dungeon Satchel to reduce the item & weight of relics

Players can double-click a Time Relic to use it
Each Time Relic will have a limited number of Uses before they decay, as well as a decay timer
Relics and select consumables (Omni-Potions, Tyromancer Cheese, Timely Bank Notes) will decay within 4 hours
Players can use at most 1 Time Relic every 60 seconds
When a Time Relic is used, it cannot be used by any player again for a set cooldown duration (listed in description)
Players cannot use an additional Time Relic of the same type for that set cooldown duration
