概述（Summary）
- 玩家可以使用裁缝（Tailoring）技能在“药水挎包（Potion Satchels）”类别下制作药水挎包（Potion Satchels）
- 玩家可以使用彩色材料制作药水挎包（Potion Satchels），并且它们可以达到卓越品质和大师级制作
- 玩家只能将药水、瓶子和药水桶（Potion Kegs）放入药水挎包（Potion Satchels）
- 如果玩家的Backpack或装备栏中有药水挎包（Potion Satchel），从药水桶（Potion Kegs）中取出药水将自动放入其药水挎包（Potion Satchel）
- 玩家可以Shift+点击（shift-click）药水挎包（Potion Satchel）并选择"Add All in Backpack"，将玩家身上的所有药水、瓶子和药水桶（Potion Kegs）移入挎包（Satchel）
药水免费消耗（Potion Free Consumption）
如果玩家使用位于药水挎包（Potion Satchel）（在其Backpack或装备栏中）内的药水，则有一定几率该药水不会被消耗。如果药水未被消耗，玩家将收到一条"Potion satchel used"（药水挎包（Potion Satchel）已使用）消息。
给武器涂毒不符合免费药水消耗的条件
