Players can double-click an Arcane Rune to place it on the ground at their location
Arcane Runes have a duration of 15 minutes (no longer increased by Inscription skill)
Arcane Runes have a radius of 12 tiles (no longer increased by Inscription skill)

Effects

Players with the Arcane skill can boost the benefits received from Arcane Runes
The bonus that each individual player receives from a nearby Arcane Rune is increased by their own (25% * (Arcane Skill / 100))

Arcane Rune Tome

Players can purchase Arcane Rune Tomes from the Prevalian Merchant or with Achievement Points
Arcane Rune Tomes allow players to store and organize arcane runes
